‘1917’, ‘Joker’… check out full list of winners at BAFTAs 2020

Shocks. Intrigues: The 2020 British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA) awards held on Sunday has left tongues wagging for many reasons.

From allegation that the award was an all-white affair to protest over non-inclusion of female in the best director category, this year’s edition of the BAFTAs was no doubt rocked with several controversies.

However, a major talking point from this year’s edition of the annual event was the success of ‘1917,’ a movie on World War I which racked up seven awards.
