He was said to have fallen off a treadmill at his home during workout session and died thereafter.



To avoid treadmill accidents and ensure your safety, here are some essential guidelines to follow:

1. Read the user manual: Familiarize yourself with the treadmill’s features, safety precautions, and recommended usage guidelines provided by the manufacturer. Understanding the equipment is crucial for safe operation.



2. Warm-up and wear appropriate attire: Prior to starting your workout, warm up your body with some stretching exercises. Additionally, wear proper workout attire, including comfortable and supportive shoes to prevent slips or falls.

3. Position the treadmill correctly: Place the treadmill on a stable and level surface, ensuring it is away from walls or other objects that may obstruct your movement or cause accidents.
